The KLINGER Ballostar KHA - flexible like a swiss knife

The new design - KHA-SL with long welding ends

KLINGER Fluid Control hereby announces that the delivery programme of the ball valve series KHA will be extended again with long welding ends from nominal size DN15 up to DN125. For this purpose, pipes are welded to both sides of the KHA-S with short welding ends using robot welding technology. The KHA-SL long weld end version will be available in carbon and stainless steel housing.

An dismantling of the valve is not necessary when welding into the pipeline : The heat generated during welding has no influence on the sealing elements or stuffing box (regardless of which version), as the long weld ends and wall thickness of the body material is sufficient as a cooling zone.
When using the autogenous welding method, the ball valve must be dismantled as the generated heat is too high.

Your application - your choice with a modular selection of system components like

1. Sealing elements

2. Stuffing boxes

3. Body materials

4. Connections

The Ballostar KHA is multi-talented and convinces with many advantages

- Maintenance-free

- Fire-safety

- Modular and flexible

- Improved corrosion protection

- Optimized sealing system

- Certified quality

- Emission-tight
